Hershey to Honor Elvis With Special Chocolate Treat

Rock icon Elvis Presley’s favorite snack - fried peanut butter and banana sandwich - is to be immortalized in a new chocolate bar. Chocolate giant Hershey will release a limited edition of its Reese’s peanut butter cup range featuring a layer of peanut butter and a layer of banana cream next July to mark the 30th anniversary since he died.
A spokesperson for the makers behind the calorie busting snack, Stephanie Moritz, tells the New York Post, “It brings The King’s favorite taste of peanut butter and banana to life, and it’s a fantastic way to bring two American icons together.”
