C4 explosive found at Miami port?

CNN is reporting the following:
A suspicious device found at the Port of Miami has tested postive for C-4 explosive, police say.
Very strange given that just in the last couple of days, a few middle eastern men were held for questioning because of papers and cargo and such not being in order. They said they were released and things were resolved with that case however.
I guess we’ll see where THIS one goes.. I always stated it, something is going to come through those ports..
